Soft hues of powder blue and crisp white anchored the design, creating a clean, sophisticated foundation with a fresh, modern feel. Lush arrangements of light blue and white hydrangeas by Pollen in Love added volume and softness, weaving the color story throughout the space with natural elegance.

Behind the main presentation area, a backdrop of White Velvet Drape softened the industrial setting while adding a luxurious sense of occasion. Paired with a Classic White Stage Front and a sleek Clear Acrylic Podium, the presentation area felt polished and contemporary — equally suited for award presentations, acceptance speeches, and the high-energy celebration that would follow.

Lounge Moments & Lit-Up Style

Throughout the venue, thoughtfully designed lounge groupings encouraged guests to gather, connect, and celebrate with colleagues and friends. The timeless silhouette of the Betty Sofa, loveseat, and coordinating side chairs offered plush comfort, while the textured elegance of the Monaco Rain Loveseat and Chair introduced a modern layer to the design.

The lounge spaces were grounded by a soft Glacier Blue Rug, with a White Mazie Coffee Table and White Nova Accent Table creating clean, contemporary focal points. Layers of Misty Blue Velvet Pillows mixed with White Fur Pillows added warmth, softness, and a touch of glamour that perfectly complemented the evening's powder-blue palette.

Nearby, a glowing Acrylic White Bar illuminated the room from within, becoming an instant gathering place for guests. A dramatic Double Ladder Bar Back added both function and architectural interest, creating a sophisticated backdrop for service while reinforcing the event's modern aesthetic.

Awards, Applause & After-Hours Energy

As guests mingled throughout the evening, low cocktail tables dressed in luxurious Lamour White Linens maintained the event's soft, elevated atmosphere. Elegant White & Porcini Copen Chairs provided comfortable seating during the awards presentation, creating a clean and cohesive look across the room.

When the final awards were handed out, the space transformed effortlessly. Seating was cleared, the band took the stage, and the celebration shifted into high gear. Throughout the room, flickering Silver Lulu Candle Holders cast a warm glow that softened the contemporary design and created an inviting atmosphere for an evening of dancing and celebration.

A Rooftop Moment to Remember

Above the festivities, the VIP rooftop offered guests a spectacular vantage point overlooking the water and the celebration below. Stylish White Sydney Barstools paired with high-top tables created a chic retreat where attendees could toast industry successes, reconnect with colleagues, and take in the stunning views.

The rooftop became a destination all its own — relaxed, sophisticated, and perfectly aligned with the evening's spirit of celebration.
