It All Starts with the Tent

The design began with structure — and it was nothing short of spectacular. A White Top Jumbo Trac Frame Tent anchored the celebration, offering clean architectural lines that framed the vineyard views without distraction. Inside, the tent was softened with a Tent Liner & Leg Drapes, creating an airy, romantic interior that felt both grand and intimate.

Overhead, luxe lighting set the tone for the evening. Crystal Sphere Chandeliers added elegance and glow, layered with White Café String Lights for warmth. And for one final touch of magic, a sea of mirrored disco balls reflected light across the tent, creating sparkle from every angle as daylight faded into dusk.

A Ceremony Framed by the Landscape

The ceremony took place outdoors, allowing the vineyard and mountains to take center stage. A White Stage subtly framed the nuptials, elevating the moment without competing with the view.

Guest seating featured a mix of Natural Wishbone Chairs and Willow Chairs — a pairing that felt organic, modern, and perfectly suited to the setting.

Cocktails with a View

As guests transitioned from ceremony to cocktail hour, they were greeted with impeccable style. A sculptural Olivier Bar served as the centerpiece, paired with an Amalfi Shelf for the bar back — functional, elegant, and beautifully styled.

Nothing but the best glassware was used for these cocktails, including Pure Whiskey & Wine Glasses, Royal Old Fashioned Glasses, Venetian Champagne Flutes, and Royal Coupes. A Serpentine Grazing Table added an artful, abundant display that encouraged guests to linger, sip, and savor the moment.

A Reception Designed to Dazzle

Inside the tent, the reception unfolded beneath glowing chandeliers and shimmering reflections. A second Olivier Bar ensured seamless service throughout the evening.

Dining featured a mix of King’s Tables and 72” Round Tables, paired with Willow Chairs with Rattan Seats for a refined yet relaxed feel.

Tabletop details were nothing short of exquisite. Contessa China anchored each place setting, accented with Pantheon Demitasse Spoons and Medici Pearl Flatware. Glassware included Milano Glassware and Diva Champagne Flutes, while Empire Gold Lanterns added a soft, romantic glow to each table.

A Perfect Ending

Planned and designed by A. Renee Weddings & Events, with florals by Elle Fleurit and catering by Harry’s Good Times, this vineyard wedding was a masterclass in elevated celebration.
