Love in Full Bloom- A Garden Inspired Celebration
Waterfront Views, Soft Florals, and Effortless Elegance
Set against sweeping waterfront views at the Seattle Tennis Club, this garden-inspired celebration was the definition of refined romance. Bathed in natural light and surrounded by lush greenery, the event unfolded on a picture-perfect day where design, setting, and season aligned beautifully.
The vision leaned into a soft, white-on-white palette — timeless, airy, and undeniably elegant — allowing texture and natural materials to take center stage. From the sailcloth canopy overhead to the thoughtfully layered tabletops below, every element worked together to create a celebration that felt both elevated and inviting.
A Dreamy Waterfront Setting
The reception was anchored beneath a Sailcloth Tent, its warm translucence perfectly complementing the waterfront backdrop. Designed to feel light and organic, the tent was enveloped in luxurious white florals that echoed the sailcloth’s natural movement and texture, creating a cohesive and romantic atmosphere from every angle.
As daylight gave way to evening, White Café String Lights added a soft glow overhead, while Crystal Sphere Chandeliers in both 18" and 24" sizes introduced sparkle and dimension. The lighting layered warmth into the space, enhancing the garden-inspired mood as the celebration transitioned from afternoon elegance to evening magic.
Seating, Flow, and Thoughtful Design
Guests were welcomed into a beautifully balanced seating plan that blended classic silhouettes with natural finishes. Fruitwood Chiavari Chairs with Ivory Cushions framed the ceremony, while Vineyard Cross Back Chairs grounded the reception space with rustic warmth.
Long King’s Banquet Tables encouraged a communal dining experience, fostering connection and conversation beneath the tent. Nearby, Natural Market Umbrellas provided both shade and visual interest, reinforcing the relaxed garden-party feel.
Bar, Dance, and Details That Delight
The bar area became a destination of its own, styled with an Olivier Circle Bar and complemented by a Savannah Shelf used for bar back display and desserts. This thoughtful pairing created a functional yet beautiful focal point that seamlessly served guests throughout the evening.
A crisp White Dance Floor invited guests to celebrate under the glow of chandeliers and string lights, offering a clean, polished contrast to the surrounding natural textures.
Table settings carried the elegance even further with Contessa Charger Plates & China, Silver Silhouette Flatware, and soft Medora Flax Linens — understated, refined, and perfectly in tune with the overall palette.
A Celebration Rooted in Beauty and Balance
Designed by New Creations Weddings, florals by Callarose & Co brought the garden vision to life with lush white blooms that felt organic yet intentional. Captured beautifully by Kristen Marie Parker, every moment reflected a celebration rooted in nature, elegance, and thoughtful design.
With rentals by CORT Party Rental, this waterfront event proved that sometimes the most impactful designs are the ones that let beauty bloom naturally.
As the sun dipped below the horizon, guests danced well into the evening beneath the twinkling crystal chandeliers and softly glowing café lights, the waterfront reflecting every shimmer and sparkle. The night ended on a truly unforgettable note as the bride and groom made their grand exit by boat — a romantic sendoff that perfectly echoed the elegance and ease of the day.
