Picturesque Puget Sound Wedding
Roche Harbor, Washington
Coastal elegance, CORT style
From custom tenting to personalized place-settings, CORT Party Rental transforms iconic Northwest venues into unforgettable experiences. For this dreamy seaside wedding, our team brought refined design, practical expertise, and plenty of style to the shores of Puget Sound — proving once again that the right rentals can set the stage for “I do.”
A Setting Steeped in History
The celebration took place at the venerable Hotel de Haro, the Grand Dame of Roche Harbor and Washington’s oldest operating hotel—built in 1886 atop a Hudson Bay Company bunkhouse and once visited by President Theodore Roosevelt. Its old-world charm and harbor-front views provided a timeless backdrop for a modern-day celebration of love.
Design with Depth
Working with Kaleb Norman James Design, the couple leaned into the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest, layering soft blushes, creams, and sage-greens with bursts of vivid floral color. The design blended classic refinement with a relaxed coastal sensibility—fine linens and hem-stitched napkins paired with open-air seaside views and that clear-tent glow.
Check out the magic....
Under the Tent
CORT supplied the foundation—literally and figuratively for the event’s signature look:
A Cascade Pine Flooring layout elevated the reception space above the shoreline and added natural warmth. The Tidewater Sailcloth Tent provided a graceful canopy, with transparent or sailcloth sidewalls that invited the view while protecting from the elements. Inside, a Crystal Sphere Chandelier cast soft reflections across the space. Seating was elegance personified via the Provence Chair – French cane-back and linen upholstered seat delivering comfort + style.
For the bar and guest experience: the Classic Bar 8’ anchored the moment. Glassware details included the Venetian Old Fashioned 12.5 oz rentals—crystal-clear, refined, ideal for the cocktail hour. And finally, crisp linen touches such as their hem-stitch napkins for rehearsal and custom monogrammed napkins for the reception completed the table design.
Every piece worked in harmony, blending function, form, and a touch of shoreline magic—to deliver a wedding that was as personal as it was picturesque.
