Roche Harbor’s waterfront scenery provided a naturally stunning backdrop, requiring little embellishment. Gian Events leaned into the environment, using a restrained color palette and elevated rentals to enhance — not compete with — the surroundings. Florals by Callarose & Co brought soft movement and organic balance, ensuring the black-and-white design never felt stark.

Cocktails with Character

The cocktail hour experience was anything but ordinary. Guests were welcomed with curated champagne and cigar bar moments, setting a relaxed yet celebratory tone. A sleek Classic White Bar anchored the space, offering a crisp contrast against the darker accents and natural textures of the venue.

Cocktail tables were dressed in Panama White Linens, keeping the look clean and polished, while lounge vignettes layered comfort and contrast with Washed Black Stripe Pillows and Chindi Weave Black & White Pillows.

Reception: Refined, Graphic, and Effortless

Dinner unfolded at elegant Sonoma Tables, their natural wood finish grounding the monochrome palette with warmth. Each table was styled with intention:

Slate Charger Plates added moody contrast.

Urban Slate Flatware delivered a modern, architectural edge.

Cotton China provided a soft, minimalist foundation.

Milano Goblets and Pure Glassware completed each place setting with understated elegance.

Overhead and throughout the space, Allure Iron Lanterns in both 31" and 24" sizes cast warm candlelight, softening the graphic black-and-white palette and adding romantic glow as evening set in.

With lighting support from Light Smiths, desserts by Cakes by Felicitations, and beautifully cohesive paper goods and signage by Robinson Creative House and On the Wall Design Studio, the entire event felt seamless from start to finish.
