Transforming a vast stretch of open space into a fully immersive corporate environment is no small task — but this large-scale event proved exactly what’s possible when innovation, infrastructure, and collaboration come together seamlessly.
Designed as a dynamic hub for engagement, networking, and problem-solving, the event evolved from an empty footprint into a sprawling, climate-controlled experience where attendees could gather, collaborate, and explore across an expansive custom-built environment. From hospitality lounges to presentation spaces, shaded networking zones to operational infrastructure, every inch of the site was thoughtfully engineered to support both comfort and functionality at scale.
Most importantly, the project became a true showcase of collaboration between CORT Party Rental, CORT Tenting Solutions, and CORT Pro Services — demonstrating how integrated teams and services can transform ambitious event visions into reality.
Miles of Tenting & Infrastructure
The scale of the installation was staggering. Literally miles of tenting infrastructure stretched across the property, creating a fully customized event footprint capable of supporting large crowds, multiple activations, and changing environmental conditions.
A combination of Structure Tents, Frame Tents, and dramatic Hi Peak Tents established the foundation of the event site, delivering both architectural impact and operational flexibility.
Custom-branded printed gables and sidewalls transformed the structures into immersive branded environments, while extensive flooring solutions including Custom Flooring, Wood Flooring, and rugged DuraTrac Laydown Flooring ensured safe, polished pathways and hospitality spaces throughout the venue footprint.
Comfort, Power & Guest Experience
Behind the scenes, CORT Pro Services delivered the infrastructure required to keep the massive event running seamlessly. Integrated HVAC, industrial ducting, and large-scale power distribution ensured guests remained comfortable and connected regardless of weather conditions or operational demand.
Classic White Picket Fencing directed guest flow and enhanced safety while maintaining a clean, cohesive appearance throughout the site.
To soften the large-scale environment and encourage gathering, colorful Market Umbrellas were layered throughout outdoor hospitality zones alongside glowing Café Lighting that carried the energy well into the evening hours.
