CORT Pro Services is proud to be your electrical partner for the Seattle Christmas Market. To provide the best show experience, please note the following:
n Your booth/hut comes with one 1800-watt outlet, provided by the show producer.
n If you have additional electrical needs, please fill out the attached Electrical Order Form before the deadline date of October 31st, 2025.
n To determine your electrical needs, (see below) by adding up the wattage or amperage of each item you plan to use. Order the outlet corresponding to the total wattage or amperage.
n Orders received after the pre-order deadline of October 31st, 2025, will be charged an additional late order fee.
n Payment in full is required to confirm your order.
n Electrical service at outdoor events will be turned on during the first move-in day and remain on 1-hour after shows close on final day of event. Additional service time is available if arranged in advance.

To determine your electrical needs, first look at the “nameplate” on your equipment. Here is what to look for:
n Single Phase OR Three Phase (ALL 120-Volt is Single Phase)
n Voltage, such as: 120V, 208V, 120/240V, 125/250V, 120/208V, etc.
n Wattage, such as: 1000W, 1350W, 3000W, 3.6kW
n Amperage, such as: 8A, 13A, 16A
n You can also look at the plug on the appliance, it will have a rating for voltage and amperage such as 120V 15A or 125/250V 20A.
Email completed forms to customercare@cort.com. Once your form is processed, a quote will be created and sent to you with a Web Payment Link to pay the full balance due. After payment is received, you will receive a confirmed reservation for your order.

In addition, we are assisting Food Vendors with propane fuel at the Seattle Christmas Market. Please review the below for more details:
- If you are a food vendor and need propane for your booth, we resale propane fuel in 5 gallon increments.
- Vendors are responsible to connect, disconnect and follow all safety standards required by the show producers and the City of Seattle.
- This service requires a minimum of 72 hours in advance of the delivery date requested (excluding holidays and Sundays). To request, download and complete the order form below.
- Payment is required in full to book your order.
