Weather Protection: While structure tents offer excellent weather resistance, they are not entirely weather-proof. For maximum protection, consider the conditions and plan accordingly.
Optimal Seasons: Clear top tents create a greenhouse effect, which is beneficial on cooler days but may lead to excessive heat in warmer months. Consider hosting events in cooler seasons or evenings and use side panels or air conditioning to manage temperature. Covering the panels with tarps before the event can also help regulate heat.
Cold Weather Precautions: In temperatures below 36°F, clear panels may risk cracking. Additional heating can be arranged at an extra cost to mitigate this risk.
