Surface Requirements: For optimal performance, tents should be installed on flat, open surfaces with an unobstructed footprint, height clearance, and access for setup and ballasting. If your site includes uneven terrain, elevated and laser-leveled flooring systems are available to create a stable foundation. Anchoring methods depend on the surface; stakes are preferred, when possible, with ballast weights offered as an alternative. Site-specific obstacles such as trees, pools, planters and other natural features can be evaluated for custom installation solutions.
Weather Protection: While structure tents offer excellent weather resistance and are built to withstand tough conditions, they are not entirely weather-proof. Proactive planning is essential for standard to extreme weather events.
Seasonal Vinyl Use: Clear vinyl tops and panels can intensify sunlight, creating a greenhouse effect during warmer months. To maintain comfort, air conditioning, shade solutions, and/or side panels may be necessary. In colder weather, heating is recommended to ensure a pleasant environment and to help prevent damage. Please note: clear vinyl may become brittle and crack at temperatures below 36°F. Optional heating solutions are available to reduce this risk.
