Cocktails by the Reflection Pool

Guests began the evening with cocktail hour overlooking the property’s tranquil reflection pool, where champagne, conversation, and garden views created an atmosphere that felt relaxed yet impossibly elegant. The natural beauty of Bloedel Reserve required little embellishment, allowing the design to remain soft, intentional, and deeply connected to the landscape.

As daylight faded, guests transitioned toward the reception where a glowing canopy of lights awaited beneath a spectacular Clear Top Frame Tent.

A Tent Draped in Light

The clear-top tent became pure magic after sunset. Thousands of twinkling white string lights drenched the canopy overhead, creating the feeling of dining beneath the stars while still surrounded by the warmth and intimacy of the reception space.

At the center of the tent, a crisp White Dance Floor invited guests to celebrate late into the evening beneath the glowing lights and surrounding woodland backdrop.

Reception seating featured elegant Provence Chairs, while the ceremony embraced warm natural texture through timeless Vineyard Cross Back Chairs that blended beautifully into the garden setting.

Timeless Tabletop Elegance

Tablescapes layered soft neutrals and warm metallic accents for a look that felt polished but never overdone. Crisp classic white linens provided a refined foundation for elegant place settings featuring the delicate White Gold Rim China Collection.

Warm metallic touches continued through the sophisticated Urban Gold Flatware Collection, while the sparkling Pure Stemware Collection reflected candlelight beautifully throughout the evening.
